Night at the Museum: An Overnight Adventure with Mountain Top Explorium!

Mountain Top Explorium is thrilled bring Night at the Museum back for the Summer of 2026! This exciting overnight adventure is designed for our Day Camp participants but we also allow those not participating in day camp to join in the program. Night at the Museum is not just a sleepover; it's a chance for your camper to develop independence, build confidence, and create memories that will last a lifetime.

Campers will have free play at the Explorium Children’s Museum, a short night hike with games, campfire, and smores before returning to Camp Headquarters for some quiet activities and sleep. In the morning campers will have another short adventure with a sunrise salutation before returning to Summer Day Camp Headquarters before pick-up or rejoining the day camp group.

• $150 per camper Before March 5th at 10a

• $175 per camper After March 5th

Sample Schedule

5:00-5:30 PM Drop-off for campers not participating in Day Camp & Snack

5:30 PM: Walk to Explorium Children's Museum for Free Play 

6:15 PM: Dinner provided by Castaway Cove

6:45 PM: Prepare for Night Adventure

7:00 PM: Go on a Short Night Hike or Kayak for the Sunset campfire, s’mores, and games. 

9:00 PM: Return to Camp Headquarters for Quiet Activities & Slumber Party

SLEEP

5:45 AM: Wake Up 

6:00 AM: Sunrise Salutation: Travel to an outdoor location to enjoy the sunrise. 

8:00 AM: Return to Day Camp Headquarters for pack-up and games

8:00-8:30 AM: Pick-up from DayCamp Headquarters if not returning to Day Camp

9:00 AM: Rejoin your Day Camp group and start the next adventure.
