Summit Series

Our newest series of programs which have unique weeklong themes. All programs are Monday-Thursday with the option to add on Base Camp at a discount.

Our new Summit Series offers an intimate cohort experience with small groups of campers per session (Mon–Thu), ending with a celebratory parent exhibition. We’ve also launched a dedicated suite of Leadership Programs for rising 6th–9th graders, specifically designed for our oldest adventurers. Need a full week? Add a Base Camp Friday.

Ranch Camp

June 8-11 & August 10-13

Grades: 4-6

Experience the rhythm of the Rockies at Far View Horse Rescue! From the hands-on bond of grooming and training to a unique trail ride along the headwaters of the South Platte River, campers will step into the boots of a true rancher.

Leadership & Lifesaving

June 15-18

Grades: 6-8

American Red Cross Babysitting and CPR/AED certification is the heart of this high-impact program. Beyond the credentials, you'll gain real-world experience mentoring our youngest campers and master essential leadership and risk management skills.

Vex Robotics

Build, code, and compete in this high-energy introduction to VEX Robotics! Spend the week mastering hands-on engineering challenges and discovering how robotics is transforming the real world through collaborative team missions.

Photography & Storytelling

June 22-25

Grades: 4-6

Through a blend of historic techniques and modern digital skills, campers will learn to capture time and share their unique stories in an immersive photography experience that culminates in a professional gallery exhibition.

Backyard Adventures

August 10-13

Grades: 3-5

Experience the very best of our mountain playground! This Backyard Adventure takes campers behind the scenes of Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper, and the Frisco Marina for a week of alpine coasters, gondola-top views, and iconic lakeside adventures.

Summit Series Rates

Before March 5th at 10a: $425 per session, Ranch Camp $550, Friday Add On: $55

After March 5th: $475 per week, Ranch Camp $599, Friday Add On: $60

Summit & Park District Students

Before March 5th at 10a: $350 per session, Ranch Camp $525, Friday Add On: $45

After March 10th: $375 per session, Ranch Camp $565, Friday Add On: $50

Kids Night Out

Extend your day camp experience and spend the evening at the Explorium Children's Museum. This means you can drop-off in the morning and campers and parents get a full day adventure. 

Night at the Museum 

We have three Thursday's when campers spend the night and have their own overnight adventure full of dinner at the Explorium, an evening kayak session, and sunrise by Lake Dillon

Scholarships

Mountain Top Explorium is dedicated to supporting our families in financial need. We will be are accepting applications on a rolling basis. We encourage all families with demonstrated financial need to apply. More information will be available shortly. ​
